The QC Pest Proofing and Exclusion Warranty

Again, we like to keep things simple….We have you covered for five years…material, labor and installation of products, metal and sealants! We keep all our customers structures maintained once per year with an on-site physical inspection. A report as to findings will be sent to you on condition of work and/or any problems or concerns. This yearly maintenance is NO additional cost, it's our pleasure and duty!

If you experience damage or physical changes to your home or structure outside our control, charges may apply. If this happens, just give us a call and we will work with you to correct it.

Our Process

With 30 years of experience, I provide all the services myself and I use everything from inspection mirrors and 3-d imaging to thermal imaging to identify the smallest of areas around a structure. It's almost always the little things that cause the biggest problems and that's what we are trying to find!

Finding all the pest entry and potential entry points into a structure is absolutely crucial in understanding why the problem exists in the first place. Utilizing mirrors, lights and knowing where to inspect, along with using state of the art equipment, allows me to put together a real and effective plan of action that will sustain you and your structure for years to come.

Pest Proofing is a service that first, identifies pest and rodent entry points along with potential or secondary points of entry. Being able to identify and document these areas allows for a thorough and complete control plan to implement particular products and techniques to eliminate and/or reduce infestations in the first place. This is a proactive service designed to eliminate and/or reduce problems inside structures, the root cause of the infestation in most cases. Chemical pest-control is a reactive service that only addresses a problem after the fact.

Why is pest proofing so important?

Simply put, it eliminates and/or reduces pest and rodent entries into structures in the first place, thus eliminating and/or reducing infestations into the living area of a structure. This allows the home or property owner to reduce and/or eliminate the need for chemicals and poisons being unnecessarily pumped into their structure, in most cases, much too frequently.
